A calm Fixer queue for selected conversations
Opt-in follow-ups

An assistant that watches your inbox and channels, then clears the backlog.

For founders, freelancers, and small teams drowning in email and chats. Pick the Gmail, Outlook, and Telegram conversations that matter. Fixer drafts replies and fixes, then waits for your approval. Anything left over becomes a task, not a forgotten thread.

Fixer is being built

Leave your email and we will let you know the moment doors open.

A clear daily outcome

Important messages become decisions, not loose ends.

Fixer shows why an item needs attention and keeps the next action close. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Project launch date

Follow-up due
Source

Outlook sender you selected

Reason

No reply after your chosen wait time

Next step

Edit the prepared draft, then approve it, snooze it, dismiss it, or make a Planning task.

One calm path

Pick, review, decide.

Fixer leaves the rest of your inbox alone.

Connect an account

Use an existing Gmail, Outlook, or Telegram connection in your DevGhouse workspace.

Choose the scope

Pick specific threads, senders, labels, or chats, then choose the scan and follow-up timing.

Review one queue

New replies and overdue follow-ups appear together with their source, age, reason, and draft.

Make the decision

Edit and approve, snooze, dismiss, or turn the commitment into a native Planning task.

Connect what you already use

Email, chats, tasks, and routines stay connected.

Bring selected conversations into one review queue, hand commitments to Planning, and use Agents for hourly or daily scans.

Common questions

Know what Fixer will and will not do.

Does Fixer read my whole inbox?

No. Monitoring is off by default, and Fixer scans only the threads, senders, labels, or chats you add.

Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Both connected mailbox types are supported, along with selected Telegram chats.

Can it send a reply without me?

No. A prepared draft needs a separate approval action before it sends.

What happens when a message needs work?

It appears in the queue, where you can edit the draft, approve it, snooze it, dismiss it, or make a native task.

Can Fixer check on a schedule?

Yes. You can scan manually or save an hourly or daily follow-up routine in Agents.
