Your chosen conversations, and no others

Fixer is opt-in. It scans only the email threads, senders, labels, or Telegram chats you add in the active personal or realm context.

What Fixer reads

Fixer uses the Gmail, Outlook, or Telegram connection you select. It stores stable conversation identifiers, the scan cursor, timing settings, findings, and a reviewable draft. It does not turn on full-inbox monitoring.

How drafts work

Chosen message context can be sent to the configured AI service to prepare a suggested response. A draft is not sent automatically. Sending requires your explicit approval in Fixer.

Personal and realm context

Personal watchlists stay with your account. Realm watchlists are stored for that realm and can be used only by people who have access to it. Switching context does not mix the two queues.

Retention and deletion

Watch targets, findings, routine history, and related task links remain until they are removed under the platform retention rules. Account deletion also removes personal Fixer records. Realm-owned records follow realm retention and access rules.

Shared platform services

Fixer reuses DevGhouse Communication, Planning, Agents, notifications, credits, authentication, support, and security controls. Their records follow the DevGhouse privacy policy and account settings.
